To ensure that we are being completely fair to both our commission-base paid employees and the overwhelming amount of clients on our waitlist, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- There is a 7 minute grace period for all appointments. Your appointment will be cancelled at the 8th minute with no exception and you will forfeit your payment.
- Cancellations that are requested within 24-hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge and/or forfeit of your monthly VIP pass. The remaining amount will be issued to you as an e-Gift Card.
- As a courtesy, you may receive a confirmation email or text reminding you of your appointment; however, not receiving this courtesy reminder will not be a valid excuse to avoid policy implementation.
- If we are closed or unable to answer your call during normal business hours, a text message must be sent regarding cancellation to avoid penalties.
- To ensure a smooth and focused service, all child[ren] must stay accompanied by their parent. If you are uncomfortable with your child[ren] being in the esthetic room with you, please be sure to schedule accordingly.
